Code of Ethics

Professional coaches and healing practitioners act in a way that positively influences the profession, is respectful of the various forms of therapy and coaching, and is aware that they must comply with relevant laws and regulations.

1. Professional ethics
As a coach, healer and Rapid Transformation Therapist, I:
1.1. I will not knowingly make public statements that are false or misleading about what I can offer as a specialist.
1.2. I will always accurately name my qualifications, competences, experience and certification.
1.3. I will recognize and honor the efforts and contributions of others, without attributing them to myself. I understand that violating this standard may result in third-party legal action.
1.4. I will always try to be aware of personal aspects that could worsen, create conflict or interfere with my performance as a specialist or my professional relationships. Whenever the facts and circumstances require, I will immediately seek the help of other professionals and evaluate the course of action, including, if necessary, terminating my professional relationship.
1.5.I will act in accordance with the Code of Ethics during all sessions and other activities related to these services.
1.6. I will save, store and dispose of any records during my practice as a specialist, in such a way that confidentiality, security and privacy are respected in accordance with the relevant laws, contracts and acts of agreement.

2. Conflict of interest
As a coach, healer and Rapid Transformation Therapist, I:
2.1. I will avoid possible conflicts of interest. In case of such a conflict, I will offer to finish our cooperation.
2.2. I will inform the client in a timely manner about all rewards that I can receive from third parties for the recommendations given to the client, if any.
2.3. I will not knowingly use any personal, professional, monetary or bonus advantages in the specialist-client relationship, except those for which there is an agreement or contract.

3. Professional ethics with the client
As a coach, healer and Rapid Transformation Therapist, I:
3.1. I will not knowingly mislead or make false claims that could arise in the work process or from me as a professional.
3.2. I will only provide true information or advice to potential customers or payers.
3.3. I will conclude clear agreements and contracts with clients and payers (applicable to cases where the payer is not a client, but another person). I will honor any professional relationship agreements or contracts.
3.4. I will ensure that customers or payers understand what are the specific type of service, confidentiality, financial agreement and any other conditions included in contracts and agreements.
3.5. I will respect the client’s right to terminate the client and specialist-client relationship at any time, in accordance with the contract or the terms of the contract. I will be alert for signs that the client is no longer benefiting from the professional relationship.
3.6. I will encourage the client or the payer to change the work method if I believe that it is better for the client or the payer.
3.7. I will advise my client to use the services of other professionals if necessary.

4. Confidentiality and privacy
As a coach, healer and Rapid Transformation Therapist, I:
4.1. I undertake to strictly observe the confidentiality of any information about both the client and the payer, especially by agreeing with the client in a contract or in agreement on the disclosure of information to another person, unless it is stipulated by law (applicable to cases when the payer is not a client, but is another a person).
4.2. I will agree with each client on the exchange of information between me as a specialist, the client and the payer (applicable to cases where the payer is not a client, but another person).
4.3. When cooperating with other involved persons in the work process, I will clearly agree to observe the Code of Ethics and confidentiality.
